H3C's international business generated revenue of RMB 4.785 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 37.59%.

H3C maintained strong positions in global markets, ranking among the top three in enterprise core routers by market share, among the top four in campus switches and enterprise branch routers, and among the top five in data center switches. The company was included in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure and the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Hybrid Mesh Firewall for two consecutive years. It was also named a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Server Virtualization Platforms and a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Data Center Network Solutions.

On October 22, H3C officially unveiled its upgraded international strategy for global markets. Building on the development of both domestic and international markets, the company will increase investment in international R&D and market expansion, seize opportunities arising from the development of AI in overseas markets, support overseas AI infrastructure development, and strengthen ICT capabilities for Chinese enterprises expanding internationally. The strategy focuses on four dimensions: market, technology, partners and ESG. Its priorities include upgrading global organizational capabilities, industry presence and market coverage; strengthening localized operations and services; focusing on solutions, advancing R&D and fostering ecosystem collaboration; and promoting green development, digital inclusion and global compliance.

During the first nine months of 2026, H3C secured a series of landmark projects in overseas markets. These included cooperation with the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) and a cloud platform project for a leading energy company. In Southeast Asia, H3C made further progress in high-end AI computing and cloud infrastructure, including a high-end AI computing project in Indonesia based on a 400G RoCE-based lossless network, featuring a cluster at the 1,000-GPU scale. In the Middle East, H3C secured projects with a leading university in the UAE, a government information management institution in Pakistan and a leading e-commerce platform in Turkey. These projects demonstrate the competitiveness of H3C's products and solutions and its delivery capabilities in international markets. H3C will continue to explore high-value opportunities in overseas AI, government services and large internet platforms, further strengthening the trust and recognition of high-end customers in overseas markets.

Guided by its engineer-driven culture, H3C continues to invest in R&D, focusing on key technology areas including optical interconnects, SuperPods, AI computing network architectures and AI storage, while accelerating core technology breakthroughs and product development. In next-generation optical interconnects, H3C's self-developed CPO optical engine has reached the productization stage and is ready for commercial delivery. The company is also advancing R&D and product development in emerging optical switching technologies, including Optical Circuit Switching (OCS) . The company has completed what it describes as the industry's first interoperability test of high-speed links using multi-vendor 1.6T optical modules, providing support for the large-scale commercialization of next-generation 224G high-speed AI computing networks.

H3C officially released its self-developed G-Link open high-speed interconnect architecture for Scale-Up applications and is continuing technology upgrades, joint validation and compatibility testing with multiple GPU platforms to support performance improvements in next-generation SuperPod products. Its self-developed DDC AI computing network architecture has achieved large-scale commercial deployment and completed validation of GPU disaggregation compatibility in a major telecommunications operator's computing cluster, enabling high bandwidth utilization in large-scale heterogeneous computing environments. H3C is also continuing innovation in its self-developed XCache inference acceleration engine based on KV Cache technology, designed to reduce Time to First Token (TTFT). Meanwhile, its AI-native X20000 series storage products have completed petabyte-scale project deliveries at multiple national and provincial AI computing hubs, supporting applications including ultra-high-definition video AI computing centers, provincial large language model innovation facilities and multimodal model training for robotics.

Facing opportunities in global AI infrastructure development, H3C will build on its full-stack capabilities across computing, networking, storage, cloud, security and O&M, supported by the broader industrial chain of New Unisplendour Group across markets, R&D and manufacturing. The company will continue to develop both domestic and international markets and promote deeper integration between traditional infrastructure and new digital infrastructure.
